At Comfort Care, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. We are committed to providing products in good condition and with quality that meets our standards.

Exchange or return requests are accepted in accordance with applicable regulations, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and returned with its original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

Due to the nature of certain Comfort Care products classified as personal-care products, opened or used products cannot be returned in order to maintain hygiene and product safety, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection regulations.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and provide details of the issue together with any required photos. The request will be reviewed and handled according to the applicable policy and regulations.

Please carefully review the ingredients before use and avoid any ingredient to which you have a known allergy.
