`At Comfort Care, we prepare your order with care and do our best to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

For orders within Riyadh and Al Kharj, the expected delivery time is usually 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed and prepared.

For other cities across Saudi Arabia, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping company.

Delivery times may also be affected by official holidays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipment details or tracking number, when available, so you can follow your order until delivery.

We take care to package all orders safely and appropriately to help protect the products during transportation.
